I say YES, if it needs to be shown to your client and NO if you need it to get a new job.

Google Adwords and Analytics exams are designed, covering all important topics that are needed to become an Expert.  You can pass Google Adwords exam only if you have managed a good budget campaign with a significant time spent. Preparing through Google Adwords exam study material won’t help you much.

BUT,

• if you are running an agency,
• have great experience of running profitable campaign and
• Have experience of implementing Google Analytics code at advance level
• Need this certificates just to satisfy your clients (because sometime clients believe on certificates rather than your experience)
• And you are running short of time

Then, hiring an assistant for your Google Adwords and Google Analytics exams is quite batter option.
